Effective from September 10, 2026.
1.1. This document is a public offer of Individual Entrepreneur Aliya Muhammad (INN 971520700987), referred to as the "Contractor", addressed to any capable individual or legal entity (the "Customer"), and sets out all material terms for the provision of technical services through the website maitechno.com (the "Website").
1.2. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is the Contractor's official and public offer to conclude a services agreement on the terms set out below.
1.3. This offer is accepted when the Customer places and pays for an order for a technical service on the Website. Acceptance means the Customer's full and unconditional agreement with the terms of this agreement.
2.1. The Contractor provides the Customer with technical services, the list and prices of which are published in the "Technical Services" section of the Website, including but not limited to: Telegram bot development and configuration, publishing applications to app stores, technical consulting, and other services listed on the Website at the time of order.
2.2. The specific scope, volume, and delivery time of a service are determined individually for each order and may be further clarified by the parties via correspondence (email, messengers) after the order is placed.
3.1. The agreement is deemed concluded from the moment the Customer accepts this offer, i.e. from the moment of successful payment for the order on the Website.
3.2. The offer may only be accepted by a Customer registered on the Website.
4.1. The price of each service is stated on the Website in Russian rubles (โฝ) and includes all applicable taxes.
4.2. Payment is made by the Customer in full before the service begins, via the T-Pay payment system (AO "T-Bank") or another method indicated on the Website.
4.3. The Contractor may change service prices unilaterally; the price of an already-paid order will not change.
5.1. The delivery time for a service is determined individually depending on the complexity of the order and communicated to the Customer after the order is placed.
5.2. A service is considered duly provided from the moment the Contractor confirms completion of the work (delivering the result to the Customer: bot access, a link to the published application, the consultation text, etc.).
6.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the service in accordance with the order terms and within a reasonable time.
6.2. The Customer undertakes to provide the Contractor with all information and materials needed to perform the service, in full and in a timely manner.
6.3. The Contractor is not liable for delays caused by the Customer's failure to provide, or late provision of, the necessary information.
7.1. The parties are liable for failure to perform or improper performance of their obligations under this agreement in accordance with applicable law of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The Contractor is not liable for the unavailability of third-party services (Telegram, App Store, Google Play, etc.) used in the course of providing a service.
8.1. The procedure and conditions for refunds are governed by a separate document โ the "Refund Policy", published on the Website and forming an integral part of this offer.
9.1. This offer takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website and remains in effect until withdrawn by the Contractor.
9.2. The Contractor may amend the terms of this offer at any time; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Website.
10.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiation, and failing agreement, in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Russian Federation.
10.2. The Customer's personal data is processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" published on the Website.
